The Water Place Cooler Clean Program is delivered through a cooler exchange process.
Rather than providing on-site cleaning, eligible customers will have their existing rental cooler replaced with a sanitised, certified-clean unit.
Free for cooler rental customers
There is no charge for this program for customers who rent their cooler from The Water Place. This service is delivered through a scheduled cooler exchange, where your existing rental cooler is replaced with a sanitised, certified-clean unit.
Customer-owned coolers are not eligible for this program.
Exchanges are completed as part of a staged rollout and scheduled based on delivery routes, cooler availability, and operational requirements. Our team will contact you to confirm a suitable time for your exchange.
Customers must provide reasonable access to the cooler at the time of exchange. If access is unavailable, the exchange may be rescheduled to a future delivery cycle.
Replacement coolers will be of equivalent functionality. Exact model, colour, age, or cosmetic appearance cannot be guaranteed.

Program Conditions
- Available to current The Water Place rental cooler customers only.
Customer-owned coolers are not eligible.
Coolers are exchanged with a certified-clean cooler; on-site cleaning is not provided.
Priority is given to coolers that have been in service for more than 12 months.
Exchanges are completed as part of a staged rollout program and may take up to 12 weeks.
Exchanges are subject to replacement cooler availability.
Reasonable access to the cooler must be provided at the time of exchange.
Equivalent replacement coolers will be supplied; exact model or appearance cannot be guaranteed.
