Premium Spring Water Delivery in Charlestown
Free Delivery to Homes and Workplaces Across Charlestown and Lake Macquarie
Running low on water shouldn’t mean loading bottles into the car at the supermarket. The Water Place delivers premium natural spring water straight to your door in Charlestown — for family kitchens, small offices, retail staff rooms and worksites right across the eastern lake.
We’re a source-to-consumer supplier, which means no middleman. Our water is captured, filtered and bottled at its underground spring source in protected National Park catchment, then delivered straight to Charlestown and the surrounding Lake Macquarie suburbs. Never chemically treated, never blended, never sitting in a warehouse for months.
What We Deliver in Charlestown
- Water coolers on rental: Bench-top and floor-standing hot-and-cold units, delivered, installed and serviced on an ongoing plan — the easy set-and-forget way to keep your water topped up.
- Returnable 15L bottles: Our core product — delivered and swapped on a regular schedule to pair with your cooler, with empties collected on the same run.
- Ceramic wells and stands: For homes that want the look without the electricity, paired with the same 15L bottle service.
- Filtered coolers: Plumbed-in options for higher-volume workplaces.
- Other bottle sizes: 10L, 1.5L and 600ml options also available when you need them.

Common Questions
The Water Place delivers premium spring water throughout the Hunter Region and surrounding areas, including Newcastle, Gosford, Coffs Harbour, and Scone. We operate from two offices – our Newcastle office in Rutherford and our Wauchope office in Yippin Creek – to ensure reliable delivery service across the region. All three of our spring water brands – Vital Source, Alkalise Now, and Mount Seaview – are single-sourced, meaning the water is captured, filtered, and bottled directly at the underground spring source. Our springs are surrounded by National Park, ensuring constant protection from pollution. The water naturally permeates through rock layers underground, picking up beneficial minerals along the way. Unlike many bottled waters, ours is not chemically manipulated or treated, resulting in a naturally better tasting water with consistent mineral composition.
Yes! The Water Place services both residential and commercial clients. Whether you need water for your home, office waiting room, staff requirements, or to enhance your customers’ experience, we can accommodate orders of any size. Our reliable delivery schedule ensures you never run out of fresh spring water.
We offer three premium spring water brands: Vital Source Spring Water, Alkalise Now Spring Water (with high alkalinity), and Mount Seaview Spring Water. Each brand comes from a protected underground spring and is naturally filtered through rock layers. All options are free from heavy metals, bacteria, and chemical treatment, giving you choices for your health and taste preferences.

Our Charlestown run takes in the eastern lake and coastal strip — Belmont, Swansea, Gateshead, Whitebridge and Windale — along with Warners Bay on the western side of the lake. If you’re between Charlestown and the coast, you’re almost certainly on an existing route, so give us a call to confirm your street.
Absolutely. We supply plenty of offices, waiting rooms and staff rooms across the Charlestown commercial precinct and nearby Gateshead. Filtered plumbed-in coolers suit higher-traffic sites, while bench-top and floor-standing bottle coolers work well for smaller teams — we’ll recommend the right setup for your space.
